Yes, the structures and portfolios are important, but they are simply the tools we use to deliver the results you need.

We have identified the 3 key benefits you get in working closely with an Independent Financial Planning firm like Informed Decisions; Plan, Portfolio and Partner. Click the icons across below for more details of each. We also offer a unique Fee Guarantee.

Our Fee Cap

Small fees make the biggest difference.

It is traditional among brokers, advisors and wealth management firms to charge you an un-ending percentage of your investment portfolio. The larger your investment portfolio, the more you pay in fees. For example, an investor with €3m will pay 3x the fees that an investor with €1m pays.

For your benefit, the flat fee for the Informed Decisions MasterPlan™ process and implementation is €4,950, and we charge a flat Implementation Fee of €1,490 per scheme. Most impactfully, our annual Advisory Fee is capped at €9,800, when your invested assets with us exceed €1.4m. Thanks to this, you can save literally tens of thousands every year versus traditional wealth managers and broker schemes.

Example One - €1.8m invested via Informed Decisions

If total pension/investment assets with us is €1.8m, your total yearly fee is c1.04%. The industry average for pensions/investments is 2.1%, when all hidden fees are included

You save almost
€20,000 per year in hidden fees*
*Industry average fee of €37,800 (2.1%) versus €18,800 (1.04%) with us, which includes all fund/platform/advisory services
*2.1% according to this Dept of Social Protection research
*Assuming no-growth – even higher savings if we included growth!

Example Two - €3m invested via Informed Decisions

If total pension/investment assets with us is €3m, your total yearly fee is c0.83%. The industry average for pensions/investments is 2.1%, when all hidden fees are included

You save almost
€40,000 per year in hidden fees*
*Industry average fee of €63,000 (2.1%) versus €24,900 (0.83%) with us, which includes all fund/platform/advisory services
*2.1% according to this Dept of Social Protection research
*Assuming no-growth – even higher savings if we included growth!

Advisory Fee will only increase for inflation, to a max of 6% total every 3 years. Over your retirement, this fee-cap could help ensure you outlive your money, and leave a significant legacy.

We have identified and utilise more secure and effective pension and investment structures for clients, where total fees range from 0.9% to 1.5% per year. This includes all services; Investment Management, Global secure Custody, Trades, Scheme Administration, Trustee services, and our dedicated planning and advisory services.

Here’s Why We Help Our Clients Invest For The Long Term

The probability of equity, bonds and blended portfolios being successful, increases dramatically with investment duration. You will observe the volatility of 1-year returns reduce dramatically as the timeframe increases, yet the average annual returns has remained where we want it to. Not reacting to panic has been the key investor behaviour.

The value of investments can fall and you may get back less than you invested. Past performance is not a reliable guide to future performance. Returns shown are based on calendar year returns from 1950 to 2023. Stocks represent the S&P 500 Shiller Composite for periods prior to 1936 and the S&P 500 thereafter. Bonds represent Strategas/Ibbotson for periods prior to 1976 and the Bloomberg Aggregate thereafter. Guide to the Markets – U.S. Data are as of November 30, 2024.
